AC tech for 4 point ac showed up on time and did a quick visual inspection of the air conditioner and found that the motor was done. He quoted me $12,000 for a new one or $5,500 to repair that one. I knew that was a ridiculous price. I called another air conditioner company and they just replaced it with a new unit for $4,200 installed. Although for $12,000 4 points was going to give me a little bit better brand which was train still does not account for the extra $5,800. 🤔 please shop around
