So I completely and utterly messed up my configuration set up for my thermostat. All I originally tried doing was setting up wifi but that was a fail. I messed up all of the settings and only my heating was coming on. I called 4 points after searching for someone who could assist immediately as we are in the middle of an excessive heat wave. They scheduled me with a technician Fernando who was friendly, professional, understanding and very knowledgeable. I know 0 about anything he was asking me questions about but after my dramatic explanation and showing him what I prayed were the things he needed to see to answer his questions he immediately understood and was on it. Didn’t take long. He fixed my mistakes. Tested it and double checked to make sure it was operational once more and he was off into the sunset like the knight in shinning armor he is. 100% happy and now air conditioned.
