I called at 8:00 am and was given an appointment for the following day. I asked if they had any cancellations to consider coming out the same day. Luck was on my side on a tech was available. He diagnosed the A/C and informed me that cleaning the outside unit would probably solve the problem. He also informed me the fan motor was failing and would have to be replaced at some point. His truck was well stocked and he was able to provide the needed repair and maintenance parts.
