AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! The value and customer service received were awesome. From the initial call in to ask about service to when the technician Justyn arrived, was nothing less than outstanding.
Even before having the tech out to our home, we were explained a great option on a maintenance membership and it waived the service call cost and included 2 seasonal checkups on our a/c and heater, plus filters being changed for us. Love that!
Called at 4 pm and the same day our technician Justyn arrived around 6 pm in the middle of a heat wave week. He was very thorough and explained the options.
Can’t thank 4 points enough for helping us and our fur babies be comfortable in this hot weather.
