Everyone can see there are many five stars for the Co, do you believe these stars are real customers rating? I did believe so I was scammed. Here was my good/bad experiences with them:
1) Good customer service as someone always answered my call and quick house visit from the Company’s Technician.
2) Knowledgeable of AC’s details
3) Dishonest with the price of AC parts and labor time/fee(He said that he will spend 45-50 mins for repairments but he did spend 3-4 mins, and the parts fees are $20-$50 in home depot ).
4) No company works agreement before or after repairments. Because after his repairments, the A/C didn’t make enough cool air as before, I called their office but the representative told me “will cost for someone’s visit”, so I gave up to call them instead called other honest Co.
5) The technician asked one time payoff only which is not normal as others who accept monthly payments because he knew the cost of $450 for his 3 mins labor that was too much while other Technicians cost $100 – $200.
Honest is the best way for more business, even though lots of new customers believed your 5 stars as I did, I knew now as there are a lot of fake reviews which were made by you.
