This was by far the best and most professional service I’ve ever received! My A/C went on the fritz and a couple of A/C services couldn’t make it out for a day or two. When I called 4 Points A/C and Heating they were very busy but they squeezed me into their schedule the same day. It was great! They texted me a photo of my service technician and a brief bio. Fantastic! He arrived within a couple of hours, checked out the unit, and gave me a few critical options for repair. I chose to replace the part which he had in his fully stocked van.
My A/C was up and running within four hours of breaking down which was desperately needed because we were in the three-digit temperatures and he gave me simple maintenance tips to help keep my A/C running smoothly. This is definitely my go-to for A/C and Heating repairs. My technician Daniel was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable in his profession. He is also my go-to technician.
