First off, I want to thank everybody at 4 Points A/C and Heating. A/C went out sometime yesterday while we were away. Came home around 10 pm and it was absolutely miserable! 93 degrees inside! Almost thought the Heater got turned on by accident. My wife then started feeling very bad stomach and back pain, couldn’t sleep, and cried for a while before she finally let me take her to the ER. Gull Bladder was tearing.

They get her into surgery around 6am after being there since midnight! I then realized the house was going to be close to 100 degrees if I didn’t get the A/C fixed fast! Called around a few places that say they are “24/7” and nobody can help me till Wednesday at the earliest. Saying “We don’t provide service on weekends.” Mind you this is Saturday morning around 7am. I call 4 Points A/C and they said they could have someone out there within the hour. I explained to them that I was still at the hospital and wouldn’t be home till around 2:30pm. They worked with me and were able to get Daniel out here when I got home.

Daniel was a nice guy and seemed to know exactly what the problem was when I explained to him what was going on. After what was maybe 5 min of work….nice cold air! He explained to me why the 2 year old unit was being over worked and offered some knowledge and facts about why such a new unit kept failing. Daniel made a quick repair to get us up and running so we can have cool air for my wife who’s now fresh out of surgery. I got to tell you, this has been the best experience I’ve had with any kind of repairs/maintenance. Daniel took serious pride in his work. And didn’t hesitate to make the repair. Was it a minor repair? Probably, I’m not an HVAC guy, but the knowledge he has in his craft was outstanding! I will never bother with another big time company. 4 Points A/C you are the best! 4 Points, give that man a bonus! lol
