Martin Sr., Martin Jr., and Justyn have been amazing in trying to figure out how to correct our HVAC issues. They have been incredibly thorough and solutions-focused in trying to work within the confines of a poorly designed, poorly installed system. (They did NOT design or install the system we have.) The quote they’ve provided is reasonable, and we’re confident, thanks to their thoroughness, that it’s the best solution we could ask for. We’ll never call another HVAC company again!
