Great experience! We arrived at our vacation home only to realize the heater wasn’t working. I called 4 Points on a Friday afternoon and they were here in less than 90 minutes. Justyn was friendly and very capable. He figured out what was wrong and provided a great solution. It’s fixed with a new part he had in the truck. He explained everything in terms we could understand. The heater is working great and if we have a need, we will definitely be calling 4 Points and Justyn again! Next time up, we’re going to have them install a Wi-Fi-enabled thermostat!
