After many years of using window ACs to try and cool my home I finally decided to install an AC system, I stopped by the office and requested an appointment for an estimate and the products they installed, the young lady was friendly and helped set up an in home appointment within a week.
As scheduled, the representative arrived and discussed the options available, and what was required for my size home, he also discussed financing.
At no time was I treated as a fool, which other reps from other installers had made me feel, he gave me a set price for what I required, set up the financing, and set a start date 3 days later, expecting to be completed in 2 days.
First to arrive was the electrician, set up the electrical, then the installers, they were polite respectful and hard working, they installed the units inside and out, and completed the job on the second day.
Today has been a hot day here in San Berdo, but, cool inside my home, AC is working great, able to sleep comfortably, we’re very happy with the fast, quality service provided, I’ve recommended this company to a couple of friends, these people were great to deal with.
