I called and was able to get an appointment a few hours later! The wonderful, courteous young lady on the phone, then Daniel our tech was terrific! Not only was he extremely courteous, he was also very helpful, explaining what had happened to the unit and explaining what was necessary to fix it. He did the repair quickly and neatly and was very friendly as we finished our appointment. He is a wonderful asset to this company! I also purchased a maintenance agreement for my unit at a very reasonable price and totally satisfied with the response time and the service provided. I will ALWAYS recommend 4 Points to any and all of my friends!
