The new home we purchased in 2017 had less than…um…how do I say this? Some appliances were on the lower-end price range. Right away there were issues with the heater. 4 Points technicians (Martin & his Dad Martin) came and fixed the problem. (And explained what they were doing and why we were doing it.) Then they came out and inspected the before summer. A-Ok! We recently has A/C problems and they immediately came out to access the problem. A couple of “went out” but 4 Points expedited the work as much as they were able. This is an EXCELLENT company. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!
