I am more than satisfied with the repair and maintenance that was performed on my air conditioning unit today. A company is represented by the people they hire. Justyn was the technician that came to my home today. He was on time, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, was able to diagnose the problem, immediately, fixed it within 15 minutes and was honest. He didn’t try to oversell or con me into repairs that were not necessary. I have had technicians try to pull a “fast” one on me before because I am a woman and think I wouldn’t know any better. (I know that sounds terrible in today’s world but ladies…listen up it happens!). He did a great job! I will recommend 4 Points A/C and Heating to everyone I know who needs this service. Companies like this give consumers peace of mind. It is a company I can trust!
